Porter Realty reports SunTrust bank leased 100,000 square feet of warehouse space at 4201-4221 Carolina Avenue in Henrico County.

CB Richard Ellis reports Spencer Brothers, a retail and wholesale fuel company, leased 26,000 square feet at 1400 Ingram Street in Richmond.

Virginia Label Company, a custom label printer,  leased 25,000 square feet at 3301 Rosedale Ave in Richmond.

Eagle Fire, a fire protection comp any, leased 17,000 square feet at 7457-7463 Whitepine Road in Chesterfield.
