Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Donaldson attended law school at and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond.
Lindsay J. Raymond joined Christian & Barton in the litigation practice. Raymond attended law school at William & Mary and attended Ohio Northern University as an undergraduate.

Kevin Rotty recently opened the Richmond office of the PFM Group, an Arlington-based financial advisory services firm. Rotty spent the past 11 years as a financial adviser and investment banker with Morgan Keegan. He attended the University of Richmond.
Mary Lynn Dunton joined Mondial Assistance as senior compliance project manager. She was previously with Argo Group USA as a project manager. Dunton attended Gannon University.
Ryan Kern was promoted to vice president of business intelligence and analytics at Mondial Assistance. Kern has been with Mondial Assistance as vice president of financial planning and analysis for four years. He has an MBA from the University of Delaware.
Chris Adcock was promoted to vice president, workforce optimization at Mondial Assistance. Adcock has been with Mondial Assistance for 10 years and was most recently director of business productivity. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University.
John “Skip” Mann was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer at Eagle Construction.
Jeffrey Kornblau was promoted to vice president and chief operating officer at Eagle Construction.
Cassie Williams Jones joined Virginia Commonwealth’s University’s Office of Communications and Public Relations as a public relations specialist. Jones is a former public relations account coordinator for Free Agents Marketing. She has a master’s from VCU.
Eric Peters joined Virginia Commonwealth’s University’s Office of Communications and Public Relations as a public relations specialist. Peters previously worked as a communications specialist for Acoustical Solutions. Peters has a master’s from Radford University and attended VCU as an undergraduate.
Frank Heishman joined Networking Technologies and Support as a deskside support specialist.
Lauren Peretti joined CRT/tanaka as an assistant account executive. Prior to joining the firm, Peretti served as an account coordinator for Think Communications in Pittsburgh. She has a master’s from West Virginia University.
Phil Hertzler joined PUNCH as director of interactive media. Hertzler also has his own company, Top Dead Center Design. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University.
Paul Hoelting was promoted to senior vice president of sales for UPS Freight. He was most recently vice president of corporate business development.
Elizabeth Sleeman was promoted to assistant director of the policy department at United Network for Organ Sharing. Sleeman joined UNOS in 2007 as a policy analyst. She has a master’s from VCU and attended the University of Virginia as an undergraduate.
Tynisha Robinson was promoted to executive assistant to the executive director at UNOS. She was most recently OPTN national committee system coordinator.
Swati Apte joined UNOS as a quality tester in IT. She was formerly a quality assurance analyst at Wells Fargo Advisors. Apte has a master’s from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and attended SNDT Women’s University in Mumbai as an undergraduate.
Emily Kneipp joined UNOS as a membership coordinator. Kneipp previously worked as a marketing coordinator for DIVURGENT in Virginia Beach. She attended Old Dominion University.
Laura Sigmon joined UNOS as a biostatistician in the research department. She previously served as a clinical research coordinator at the University of Colorado Cancer Center before joining UNOS. Sigmon has a master’s from George Washington University and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder as an undergraduate.
Ann Clarke joined UNOS’s IT department as a trainer/educator. Clarke previously served as documentation lead at eTelic. She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Chad Southward joined UNOS’s IT department as a trainer/educator. Southward was most recently a teacher at Hanover County Schools. He attended Hampden-Sydney College.
Kate Breitbeil joined UNOS as a case investigator in the department of evaluation and quality. Breitbeil was formerly with the Virginia Department of Health. She has a master’s from James Madison University.
Tina Rhoades joined UNOS as a case investigator in the department of evaluation and quality. Before joining UNOS, Rhoades was a home health case manager with American Home Care. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University.
Kimberly Fricke joined UNOS as a site surveyor in evaluation and quality. Fricke was previously a school nurse for Henrico County Public Schools. She has a master’s from Virginia Commonwealth University and attended the University of Richmond as an undergraduate.
Beth Overacre joined UNOS as a site surveyor in evaluation and quality. Overacre was formerly a clinical social worker for VCU Health System. She has a master’s from VCU and attended James Madison University as an undergraduate.
Jackie Rudd joined UNOS as a site surveyor in evaluation and quality. Rudd was formerly a PICU nurse at VCU Medical Center. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University.
Donna Smith joined UNOS as a site surveyor in evaluation and quality. Previously Smith worked at Henry Ford Health Systems in Detroit as a case manager. She has a master’s from Eastern Michigan University attended the University of Detroit/Mercy as an undergraduate.
Elizabeth Suskind joined UNOS as a site surveyor in evaluation and quality. Most recently, Suskind served as an RN at Henrico Doctors Hospital. She has a master’s from the College of Charleston and attended Furman University as an undergraduate.
Sandy Batts rejoined UNOS’s Organ Center as an organ placement specialist. Most recently, Batts was a quality assurance coordinator at Gatlinburg Town Square, a Summer Bay resort in Tennessee. She attended Mary Washington University.
Amy Putnam was promoted to assistant director of the department of evaluation and quality at UNOS. Putnam joined UNOS in 2006 and was the survey services manager. Putnam has a master’s from VCU and attended Marian College as an undergraduate.
Brian Shepard was promoted to assistant executive director for contract operations at UNOS. He was formerly director of policy and board and committee relations. Shepard joined UNOS in February 2010. He attended Virginia Tech.
Michael Dembo joined ChildFund International as vice president of people and culture and chief human resource officer. Prior to joining ChildFund, Dembo worked for Save the Children. Dembo has an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland and attended Gettysburg College as an undergraduate.
