Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Donaldson attended law school at and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond.

Lindsay J. Raymond joined Christian & Barton in the litigation practice. Raymond attended law school at William & Mary and attended Ohio Northern University as an undergraduate.

James G. Ritter joined Christian & Barton as a member of the energy and sustainability practice groups. Ritter attended law school at Washington & Lee University and went to the University of Virginia as an undergraduate.

Morgan L. Manning joined Spotts Fain as an associate in the creditors’ rights section. Manning attended law school at the University of Tennessee and attended the University of Virginia as an undergraduate.

David C. Bushnell was appointed chief risk officer of Cordia Bancorp. Bushnell works as a managing director of Bushnell Consulting. He attended Amherst College.

Kevin Rotty recently opened the Richmond office of the PFM Group, an Arlington-based financial advisory services firm. Rotty spent the past 11 years as a financial adviser and investment banker with Morgan Keegan. He attended the University of Richmond.

Mary Lynn Dunton joined Mondial Assistance as senior compliance project manager. She was previously with Argo Group USA as a project manager. Dunton attended Gannon University.

Ryan Kern was promoted to vice president of business intelligence and analytics at Mondial Assistance. Kern has been with Mondial Assistance as vice president of financial planning and analysis for four years. He has an MBA from the University of Delaware.

Chris Adcock was promoted to vice president, workforce optimization at Mondial Assistance. Adcock has been with Mondial Assistance for 10 years and was most recently director of business productivity. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University.

John “Skip” Mann was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer at Eagle Construction.

Jeffrey Kornblau was promoted to vice president and chief operating officer at Eagle Construction.

Laura Sigmon joined UNOS as a biostatistician in the research department. She previously served as a clinical research coordinator at the University of Colorado Cancer Center before joining UNOS.
