Snagajob hired Keith Haas as its chief financial officer. Haas previously served as vice president of finance for GeoEye, a commercial satellite imagery company.

Tim Stacer has been named director of sales and marketing for the Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Downtown. Stacer, a Virginia Tech graduate, was most recently the national sales manager for Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg.

Kelsey Leavey joined the Hodges Partnership as an account coordinator. She received her master’s degree in strategic public relations from Virginia Commonwealth University in May.

Old Dominion Electric Cooperative has named Shena L. Crittendon its new director of communications and public relations. Most recently she was special assistant to the president/director of public relations at Virginia Union University. She is a graduate of Virginia Union University.

Skanska USA promoted Jessica Murray to head of communications and marketing for Skanska Infrastructure Development North America. Previously, Murray led communications for the Southeast Region in addition to spearheading key employee engagement, branding and safety initiatives for Skanska USA.

Brenda Cosby joined the firm as art director. Cosby most recently worked for Baker Street Advertising in San Francisco. She began her design career in Richmond at Virginia Commonwealth University and Circuit City. Cosby is a graduate of VCU.

Lisa Jenkins joined the firm as a traffic manager. In addition to a list of clients that includes VCU Medical Center, Franciscan St. Francis Health, the Jefferson Hotel and Virginia State Police, she has worked on accounts that include Virginia Lottery, Dominion Virginia Power, Covenant Woods and Stihl.

Whitney Fifer joined the firm as an assistant account executive. Fifer comes to ND&P from the Richmond Retail Merchants Association, where she served as marketing coordinator, special projects. Before that she served as a local marketing specialist at Google. Fifer is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.

Plunket Beirne joins Duncan Williams as vice president of debt capital markets. Beirne was previously with Pierpont Securities and has been in Richmond’s investment community for more than 20 years.

Greg Lagasse joins Duncan Williams as a vice president. Lagasse previously worked at BB&T and has a total of 24 years of experience in the investment industry. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.

Wells Fargo hired Thomas Palmer as senior vice president and senior relationship manager. Previously, he worked at SunTrust Bank and predecessor companies for 20 years, most recently serving as executive vice president and group head for middle market banking. Palmer is a University of Virginia graduate.
