The Greater Richmond Partnership announced the increased roles of two public sector members:
Charles R. Samuels, president of the Richmond City Council, has been named chair of the GRP’s board of directors, accepting the gavel from G. Slaughter Fitz-Hugh, president of CapTech. Patricia S. O’Bannon of the Henrico County Board of Supervisors has been named vice chair, assuming the duties that Samuels held.

Hannah Richardson joined as an associate underwriter. Richardson has a bachelor’s in human development and master’s in curriculum and instruction from Virginia Tech and most recently worked as a classroom teacher for Henrico County Public Schools.
Kasin Sutuntivorakoon joined as an actuary associate. Sutuntivorakoon has a bachelor’s in statistics and economics and a master’s in statistics from the University of Virginia.
Angad Salaria joined as a software engineer. Salaria received his bachelor’s of engineering degree from the University of Pune, India.
Janet Golden joined as an underwriting assistant. Golden is a graduate of Rappahannock Community College with a degree in business administration and has several years of underwriting technician experience.
