John Milleson was named chairman. He is the president and CEO of the Bank of Clarke County.

T. Gaylon Layfield III is chairman-elect. He is president and CEO of Xenith Bankshares Inc.

Ed Grier has joined the board of directors for Middleburg Trust Co. He is dean of the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business.

John “Jack” Catlett Jr. is senior vice president and trust advisor. He had been with Sands Anderson.

Tara Estwick is vice president and trust advisor. She will be based in Fredericksburg.
