Plaintiff says he was terminated on April 14, and defendants have failed to make payments on his base salary, failed to make a termination payout and failed to reimburse him for out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of DaVinci. Plaintiff alleges breach of contract and common law fraud and seeks judgment of $3 million.
