Milkin Family Investments purchased the 11,000-square-foot freestanding retail property at 8013 Midlothian Turnpike from 8013 LC for $1.15 million. Michael A. Shaia handled the sale on behalf of the seller.

Integrity Granite Services LLC leased 2,500 square feet in Chippenham Business Center at 219 E. German School Road in Richmond. Isaac DeRegibus and Graham Stoneburner handled the lease negotiations.

QSR Realty Partners LC, managed by Thalhimer Realty Partners Inc., purchased approximately 0.62 acres of land at 4402 South Laburnum Ave. in the Ashley Furniture Shopping Center in Henrico County. The seller was Laburnum Richmond Center LLC. A new Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen Restaurant will be built on the site. Thalhimer’s Connie Jordan Nielsen and Alicia Farrell represented QSR.
