Spirit Halloween leased 7,680 square feet at Deer Run Village, 13916 Raised Antler Drive, Midlothian. Ellen Long and Brian Bock handled the negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

Vapor Shop leased 1,600 square feet at Bermuda Crossroads Shopping Center, 12100 Bermuda Crossroads Lane, Chester. Ellen Long and Clint Greene handled the negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

Pullin’ Vapor leased 1,500 square feet at Ashland Hanover Shopping Center, 251 N. Washington Highway, Ashland. Ellen Long and Brian Bock handled the negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

Cloud Managed Services Group Inc. leased 1,323 square feet at 11548 Busy St. in Chesterfield County. Tucker Dowdy represented the tenant.

Hongmai Thi Nguyen purchased the former Famous Dave’s restaurant building at 10201 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield from FDA Properties Inc. for $1.075 million. Yasmine Hamad handled the transaction on behalf of the buyer.

Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home leased 8,400 square feet at Dabney IV, 2177 Dabney Road in Henrico. Jason Hetherington and Susan Jones handled the transaction on behalf of the tenant.
