Linda Tiller is the executive director of Hanover Habitat for Humanity, effective Nov. 30. She had been the executive director of the Central Virginia affiliate of Susan G. Komen.

Martha Shickle is executive director for the Richmond Regional Planning District Commission. She had been with the Northern Shenandoah Valley Regional Commission. She has degrees from The College of William and Mary and George Mason University.
