Pool Boy Enterprises, Inc. purchased 1,150 square feet at 5815 Lakeside Ave. in Henrico County from Chiocca Realty.

Upholstery & Fabric Store Inc. leased 25,000 square feet at 3210 W. Marshall St. in Richmond. Richard W. Porter handled the negotiations on the landlord’s behalf.
