CBRE | Richmond reports the following deals:

Salon del Sol Inc. leased 1,265 square feet of retail space at 13201 Hull Street Road in Richmond. Robby Brownfield, Rob Black and Chris Doyle represented the tenant.

Mobile One Courier Services Inc. leased 639 square feet of office space at 5540 Falmouth St., Suite 305 in Richmond. Rebecca Barricklow, Joe Marchetti and David Wilkins represented the landlord and Megan Sullivan represented the tenant.

Benchmark Mortgage leased 5,693 square feet of office space at 4235 Innslake Drive, Suite 201 in Glen Allen. Scott Durham and Trib Sutton represented the tenant.

HighHoos LLC purchased 4 apartment units at 3309 1st Avenue in Richmond from 3309 1st Ave LLC. Charles Wentworth represented the buyer and Will Bradley and Joseph Marchetti III represented the seller.

8040 Villa Park LLC, an investment group out of Washington, D.C., purchased Villa Park I at 8040 Villa Park Drive for $8.14 million. The sale was completed by Eric Robison and Mark Douglas.

Peter Chang leased 3,487 square feet in Short Pump Village at 11402-11446 W. Broad St.  James Ashby and Richard Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.

Precision Walls Inc. leased 9,796 square feet in Crescent Business Center I at 10408 Lakeridge Parkway. Graham Stoneburner and Scott Douglas handled the lease negotiations.

Monarch Bank leased 3,967 square feet in The Shoppes at Westchester at Watkins Center Parkway. Nicki Jassy and Pam Strieffler handled the lease negotiations.

Diemonds Investment Group LLC and SP Investments LLC purchased a 4,800-square-foot industrial building at 2101 Decatur St. in Richmond from Decatur Property LLC for $450,000. Jason Hetherington handled the transaction.

Jin Su Na leased 5,000 square feet for a Korean restaurant at Chippenham Square at 7437 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield. Brian Glass and Yasmine Hamad handled the transaction.

George Monroe leased 1,440 square feet for a hair salon at Quioccasin Station at 8938 Quioccasin Road in Henrico. Martin Blum represented the landlord.
