Hard Hat Happy Hour II: Had a nice night at Have a Nice Day

Richmond BizSense packed the house Wednesday night at the former Flood Zone/Have a Nice Day Cafe building at 11 S. 18 St. for the second installment of our Hard Hat Happy Hour, Presented by Sands Anderson.

A crowd of 230 got a glimpse of the guts of the building, which is being transformed from a music venue/notorious night club into the new corporate headquarters of local real estate firm Capital Square 1031.

The audience was treated to a panel of speakers consisting of: Mason Wyatt, the former owner of the Flood Zone; Louis Rogers, founder of Capital Square; Yogi Singh, part of the building’s ownership group; Amrit Singh of Fultz Architects, who designed the soon-to-be office layout; and Scott Thomas of Hourigan Construction, which is handling the renovations of the building.

A sincere thanks to all our Hard Hat Happy Hour sponsors: Sands Anderson, Keiter, TowneBank, Timmons Group, Safe Harbor Title, S.B. Cox and Postbellum.

Now enjoy some images from the evening, courtesy of local photographer Tom Veazey.
