System and method for consolidating network streams for network analysis
Patent No. 9,407,643
A system for consolidating network streams includes a consolidator in communication with each of a plurality of network streams. Each network stream is associated with a communication path through a network. The consolidator is configured to prevent the plurality of network streams from being networked together, and configured to create at least one virtual local area network (VLAN) within the consolidator. The consolidator is configured to pass information on an ingress port of the consolidator associated with the at least one VLAN to egress ports of the consolidator associated with the at least one VLAN. The system includes a network analyzer in communication with the consolidator. The consolidator is configured to consolidate the plurality of network streams into a single network stream for application to the network analyzer to determine characteristics of each of the plurality of network streams.

Data migration using multi-storage volume swap
Patent No. 9,405,628
In one embodiment of the present description, data is migrated to a replacement source storage unit of a storage subsystem while being mirrored from the original source storage unit of a storage subsystem to an original target storage unit of a storage subsystem, and the original source storage unit and the replacement storage unit are swapped in a multi-storage volume swap to write updates to the replacement source storage unit instead of the original source storage unit, in input/output operations issued by at least one host. Further, data stored in the replacement source storage unit, is mirrored from the replacement source storage unit to the original target unit. Other aspects are described.

Systems and methods for dynamic mobile applications
Patent No. 9,413,608
Various embodiments of the present invention are dynamic, cross-platform application architectures for devices. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a platform-specific thin client can be provided on a mobile device. The thin client can be a simple code base customized for the device platform and prepared to configure itself to become a desired application. The thin client can be directed at a trusted source, which can initiate the configuration by delivering data instructing the thin client as to how it should behave under the current conditions and by delivering a framework for the GUI of the application. After the thin client is configured, the thin client can receive content for providing an application to a user. Thus, only a simple code base need be provided on for a device, and that code base can be dynamically configured to perform a desired task under given conditions.
