Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports the following deals:

EVR-Glen Eagles LLC, dba Dunkin’ Donuts purchased a 0.9-acre parcel at the Gleneagles Shopping Center at the intersection of Ridgefield Parkway and Eagles View Drive in Henrico for $415,000. Plans call for construction of a new Dunkin’ Donuts with a drive-thru. Thalhimer’s Nicki Jassy and Allyson Wiggins represented the seller.

Michele and Teresa Chiocca bought Polo Place, an 8,800-square-foot retail center at 11307 Polo Place in Chesterfield. The pair bought the property as an investment. Catharine Spangler and Pam Strieffler of Cushman handled the sale negotiations.

Bi-County Way LLC and/or Assigns bought about 72 acres along Route 60 at New Kent Highway in New Kent from Sandra H. Bailey and Tommy Taylor for $225,000 as an investment. Scott Douglas represented the seller.

Nutrition Corner leased 1,200 square feet in The Corner at Short Pump at W. Broad St. and Lauderdale Dr. in Henrico. Connie Jordan Nielsen, Nicki Jassy and Alicia Farrell handled the lease negotiations.

One South Commercial reports the following deals:

SPADA II LLC purchased a 63,000-square-foot, 76-unit apartment building at 2110 Richmond St. in Hopewell for $3.05 million. Tom Rosman, Justin Sledd and Ryan Rilee represented the seller.

Klop Properties purchased a 5,300-square-foot, 8-unit apartment building at 3129 W. Franklin St. in Richmond for $849,000. Tom Rosman, Justin Sledd and Ryan Rilee represented the purchaser.

Commonwealth Commercial Partners LLC reports the following deals:

Stewart Engineering Inc. leased 1,600 square feet at 2100 E. Cary St. in Richmond. Fred Plaisted represented the tenant.

Ashcake Animal Clinic leased 2,500 square feet at 9553 Kings Charter Drive in Hanover. Jim McVey represented the landlord.

Charles Anthony Jones Jr. leased 500 square feet at 1056 Richmond Tappahanock Highway in King William County.  Michael Morris and Jim McVey represented the landlord.

CBRE | Richmond reports the following deals:

Rainbow International of Richmond leased 12,000 square feet of industrial space at 1727 Rhoadmiller St. in Richmond. Franklin Bell represented the landlord. Matt Anderson represented the landlord.

The Associated Builders & Contractors expanded by 7,000 square feet of office space at 1520 E. Parham Road in Richmond. David Wilkins, Rebecca Barricklow and Joe Marchetti represented the landlord.

Hackney Real Estate Partners expanded and renewed by 4,790 square feet of office space at 1504 Santa Rosa Road, Suite 100 in Richmond. Matt Anderson and John Carpin represented the landlord.

Colliers International reports the following deal:

River City Motorsports Inc. leased 15,200 square feet of industrial space at 1510 Webster St. in Richmond. Scott White and Stuart Cary handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.

Virginia Capital Realty reports the following deal:

The Eco Flats at 613 Brook Road sold for $1.92 million. Faye Hager and Amanda Hardesty represented the seller. The buyer was unrepresented.
