O’Hagan Law leased 6,364 square feet at 411 E. Franklin St. Ali Newton and Brett McNamee represented the landlord.

Liquid RVA LLC dba CycleBar leased 2,542 square feet at The Row at GreenGate. Sara Goodall represented the tenant.

Colliers International reports the following deals:

Champion Window Company of Richmond LLC leased 11,850 square feet of flex space at Northlake Trade Center at 10510 Northlake Park Drive in Hanover. Bill Mattox and David Williams handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.

Youth & Family Dynamics leased 3,500 square feet of flex space at Interair Business Center ar 5377 Glen Alden Drive in Henrico. Ken Barnhill handled the transaction on behalf of the tenant.

Bing Bicycle Company LLC leased 892 square feet of retail space at 5 E. Brookland Park Blvd. in Richmond. Sara Marie Williamson handled the transaction on behalf of the landlord.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports the following deals:

James M. Larner and Roxanne Tyndall purchased for $2.3 million the Featherstone Professional Center, a 40,788 square foot office property at 1807 Huguenot Road in Chesterfield. The seller, GEI Featherstone L.C., was represented by Evan M. Magrill and Richard L. Thalhimer.

Manchester Acquisitions LLC bought 1125 Commerce Drive, an 89,090-square-foot industrial property, for $1.1 million from RT of Virginia LLC. Isaac DeRegibus represented the seller, and Jeff Cooke represented the buyer.

Chad Gill bought the 10,793-square-foot office/warehouse property at 835 Grove Road in Chesterfield for $600,000 from SBK LLC. Gill plans to use the property to run his custom concrete flooring business, Concreate. Isaac DeRegibus and Scott Douglas represented the seller, and Gregg Beck represented the buyer.

Stantec Consulting Services Inc. leased 10,701 square feet in Boulders Center at 1011 Boulder Spring Drive in Chesterfield.  Evan M. Magrill and Amy Broderick handled the lease negotiations.

Capstone Counseling Inc. leased 6,153 square feet in the Interport Business Center-Building C at 5300-5390 S. Laburnum Ave. in Henrico.  Dawn M. Calabrese, Evan M. Magrill and Dean Meyer handled the lease negotiations.

Encompass Home Health of the Mid Atlantic LLC expanded and renewed 4,032 square feet of office space at 1606 Santa Rosa Road, Suite 134 in Richmond. Matt Anderson and David Wilkins represented the landlord.
