The parent of Xenith Bank appointed Edward Grebow to its board of directors effective on Sept. 28. He replaces director Jon Weber who resigned immediately before Grebow’s appointment. He was designated to the Xenith board by an affiliate of Anchorage Capital Group, which has an investment agreement with the bank. Grebow is a managing director of TriArtisan Capital Advisors, director of Diamond Offshore Drilling and Alcentra Capital Corp. He was previously CEO of Amalgamated Bank, president of the ULLICO family of insurance companies, and held executive positions at J.C. Flowers & Company, Sony Electronics, CBS and JP Morgan Leasefunding Corp.
