Jim Hammill purchased the 6,965-square-foot 6-unit apartment building at 402-404 W. Grace St. in Richmond for $1.2 million. Tom Rosman, Justin Sledd and Ryan Rilee represented the purchaser.

Commonwealth Commercial Partners LLC reports the following deals:

Enterprise Leasing of Norfolk/Richmond LLC leased 2,653 square feet at 8605 Midlothian Turnpike in Chesterfield.  Jim McVey represented the landlord

Enterprise Leasing of Norfolk/Richmond LLC leased 2,614 square feet at 7919 W. Broad St. in Henrico.  Jim McVey represented the landlord.

Belle Cottage Inc. leased 1,840 square feet at Shops at Bell Creek at 8319 Bell Creek Road in Hanover. Michael Morris represented the landlord.

Rickman Properties LLC purchased 2,500 square feet at 5937 Harbour Park Drive in Chesterfield.  Tucker Dowdy and Russell Wyatt represented the seller.

Twin Rivers Capital LLC purchased 2665 Hull St. in Richmond.  Joe Buhrman and Bill Barnett represented the purchaser.

CBRE | Richmond reports the following deals:

NAPA leased 6,763 square feet of retail space at 1142 W. Broad St. in Glen Allen. Rob Black, Robby Brownfield, and Chris Doyle represented the tenant.

LPL Financial leased 624 square feet of office space at 5516 Falmouth St. Suite 303 in Richmond. Rebecca Barricklow, Joe Marchetti, and David Wilkins represented the landlord.

Kidd and Co. Inc. purchased 112,054 square feet of industrial space from TAG Development Company at 1802 Jefferson Davis Highway in Richmond for $2,075,000. Rob Dirom, Jimmy Martin, and Matt Anderson represented the buyer.

Avalor LLC purchased 2,385 square feet of office space from Lyle Professional Consulting, LLC at 611 Moorefield Park Drive, Suite C in Chesterfield. Wood Thornton and Jimmy Martin represented the buyer.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports the following deals:

CoStar Realty Information Inc. leased 99,075 square feet in the WestRock building at 501 S. Fifth St. in Richmond.  Brian K. Berkey & Amy Broderick handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

SunTrust Bank leased 75,000 square feet  in SunTrust Center at 919 E. Main St. in Richmond. Paul F. Silver and Brian K. Berkey handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.

NAPA Auto Parts leased 6,763 square feet in Short Pump Village at 11400 W. Broad St. in Henrico.  James Ashby IV and Richard Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

RVA Flooring leased 3,200 square feet at 6414 Horsepen Road in Henrico. James Ashby IV handled the lease negotiations.

Restoration Wellness leased 2,526 square feet in Libbie Mill Midtown in Henrico.  Pam Strieffler and Allyson P. Wiggins handled the lease negotiations.
