312 N. 2nd LLC purchased 5,226 square feet of retail space at 312 N. 2nd St. in Richmond from Alejandro Reyes for $260,000. Matt Louthan & Sara Marie Williamson handled the transaction on behalf of the seller.

Davenport & Co. leased 77,576 square feet of office space at 901 E. Cary St. in Richmond.  Chris Wallace, Austin Newman and Andrew Ferguson represented the landlord.

Pacific Summit Energy LLC leased 8,503 square feet of office space at 800 E. Canal Street in Richmond. Matt Hamilton and Andrew Ferguson represented the landlord and the tenant.

Lane Construction leased 6,000 square feet of office space at 2400 Ownby Lane in Richmond.  Eric Williford represented the tenant.

Cystic Fibrosis Foundation leased 1,747 square feet of office space at 7202 Glen Forest Drive in Richmond. Chris Wallace and Eric Williford represented the landlord.
