Colliers International reports the following deals:

4227 PT LLC purchased 0.56 acres / 4,929 square feet of retail space at 4227 Pouncey Tract Road in Henrico from Navigator Real Estate Holdings LLC for $2.08 million. Brian Glass and Marshall Burke represented the buyer.

CoStar Realty Information subleased 99,075 square feet of office space at 501 S. 5th St. in Richmond. Ken Campbell, Kit Tyler and Matt Hamilton represented the landlord.

Joe’s Italian Grill leased 3,725 square feet of retail space at 6329 Jahnke Road in Richmond.  Yasmine Hamad represented the landlord.

CBRE | Richmond reports the following deals:

White Point Partners, LLC purchased the 54,143 square foot industrial building at 4909 W. Marshall St. in Richmond from Lindsay/Hunter LC for $3.5 million. Will Bradley represented the seller and Charles Wentworth represented the buyer.

Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer reports the following deals:

Confluence Coffee Co., LLC leased 10,450 square feet at 2522-F Hermitage Road in Henrico County. Anthony Rotunda and Graham Stoneburner represented the tenant and Gregg Beck represented the landlord.

Express Wholesale Kitchen & Bath leased 3,345 square feet in Huguenot Trade Center at 1101-1135 Alverser Drive in Chesterfield. Pam Strieffler and Isaac DeRegibus handled the lease negotiations.

Union Bank & Trust leased 2,400 square feet in Short Pump Crossing at 3432 Pump Road. Will McGoogan handled the lease negotiations.

Union Bank & Trust leased 1,875 square feet in Westpark Shopping Center at 9645 W. Broad St.  Will McGoogan represented the tenant and James Ashby IV represented the landlord.

Union Bank & Trust leased 1,800 square feet in Colonial Square Shopping Center at 3107 Blvd. in Colonial Heights. Will McGoogan handled the lease negotiations.

Union Bank & Trust leased 1,633 square feet in The Village Shopping Center at 7001-7035 Three Chopt Road. Will McGoogan represented the tenant and James Ashby IV represented the landlord.

Europa Food Market LLC leased 1,360 square feet in Winterpock Crossing at 6653 Lake Harbour Drive in Chesterfield. Reilly Marchant represented the tenant and James Ashby IV and Richard Thalhimer represented the landlord.

Daybreak IT Solutions, Inc. leased 1,109 square feet at 2930 W. Broad St. Birck Turnbull handled the lease negotiations.

The Dog Wagon leased 1,044 square feet at 2930 W. Broad St. Birck Turnbull handled the lease negotiations.
