Lloyd Andrew Board is with the IT services portfolio management department. He had been with Newport News Shipbuilding and is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.

Keesha Sellers is a site surveyor in the member quality department. She had been with Bon Secours SMH Outpatient Infusion Center and has degrees from John Tyler Community College and Southern New Hampshire University.

Alison Wilhelm and Katrina Fontenla are policy analysts in its policy department. Wilhelm had been with the YMCA of Greater Boston. Fontenla had been with the Virginia Department of Health.urban and regional planning.

Sally San Soucie has joined LifeSpire of Virginia as hospitality ambassador.

Zach McCluskey will serve as the chief executive officer of Johnston-Willis Hospital, effective Dec. 19. He had been with Parham Doctors’ Hospital. He has degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Kasey Sutton has joined Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group. He had been with PrimeLending and is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College.

Accounting/Payroll

Kristi McCune joins Dominion Payroll as director of implementation.  She had been a founder and manager of Richmond Monitoring Systems.

Engineering/Due Diligence

Dominion Due Diligence Group reports the following promotions:

Tim Ungerleider is chief operating officer.  He had been senior leader/program manager.  He is a graduate of Rider College.

Mike Ferguson is vice president of technical services.  He had been director of engineering services and has degrees from Ryerson University, the University of Toronto and Averett University.

Jil Stoddard is human resources director. She has degrees from the University of New Hampshire and Virginia Tech.
