One South Commercial reports the following deals:

209 Elizabeth Franklin LLC purchased 7,316 square feet at 209 W. Franklin St. in Richmond for $750,000. Tom Rosman and Ben Partridge represented the seller.

MJP Acquisitions purchased the Manchester Pie Factory building at 612 Hull St. in Richmond for $2.15 million. Rick Jarvis and Patrick Sullivan completed the transaction.

Divaris Real Estate Inc. reports the following deal:

AMC Technology leased 1,676 square feet at 100 W. Franklin St. in Richmond. Brett McNamee and Ali Newton represented the landlord.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports the following deals:

Connected Solutions Group LLC leased 3,175 square feet at 10193 Maple Leaf Court in Hanover County. Scott Douglas and Graham Stoneburner completed the lease transaction.

The Therapeutic Treatment Center LLC leased 2,765 square feet at 681 Hioaks Road in Richmond.  Jason Guillot completed the lease transaction.

Suresh Gharse MD Inc. leased 1,580 square feet in the Featherstone Professional Center at 1807 Huguenot Road in Chesterfield County.  Reilly Marchant completed the lease transaction.

CBRE | Richmond reports the following deal:

Infranet Technologies Group Inc. leased 3,462 square feet at 2821 Emerywood Parkway in Henrico County. David Wilkins and Megan Sullivan represented the landlord.

Colliers International reports the following deals:

Zachary L. Brenner and Eran Stalkol purchased a 3,050 square foot multi-family apartment unit at 1807 Bath St. in Richmond for $160,000. David Kalman represented the seller.

BTMK Holdings LLC purchased 18,000 square feet of industrial space at 10520 Lakeridge Parkway in Ashland for $1.25 million. David Williams represented the seller.

Dominion GA LLC purchased 2.46-acre site at 4101 Dominion Blvd. in Glen Allen for $2,925,000. Chip Louthan represented the seller.

Penske Truck Leasing Co., LP purchased 8.3 acres at 280 Hill Carter Parkway in Ashland for $627,000. B. Mattox represented the buyer, and D. Williams and J. Hetherington represented the seller.

Dominion Virginia Power purchased 49.4 acres in Dinwiddie County for $1.2 million. J. Hetherington, D. Williams and S. Gentil represented the buyer.

KJ’s First Class Trucking Inc. leased 3,000 square feet at 11106 Washington Highway in Hanover County. Eric Williford, Stuart Cary and Kenneth Barnhill completed the transaction.
