Jerry Mabry, president and CEO of Village Bank Mortgage Corp., is retiring in early 2017. George Karousos will replace Mr. Mabry.

Jim Dingus is digital marketing manager.

Jim Nolan has been named spokesperson for Mayor-elect Levar Stoney and will head the communications department. He had been with the Richmond Times-Dispatch.

Mortgage Banking

Fred Elflein is regional vice president of Gateway Mortgage Group. He had been with Tidewater Mortgage Services.

Paul Sell is vice president – systems integration for Village Bank Mortgage Corp.

Healthcare

Nancy Boykin is chief nursing officer for Retreat Doctors’ Hospital.  She had been with Henrico Doctors’ Hospital.  She has degrees from Old Dominion University and the University of Phoenix.
