Steven W. Dragnich purchased 0.12 acres at 3514 Hull St. in Richmond for $70,000. Eric Williford represented the seller.

Hudson Century LLC purchased 2900 W. Broad St. in Richmond for $1,200,000. Martin Blum represented the seller.

Atlantic Outreach Group leased 4,655 square feet at 2421-G Westwood Ave. in Richmond. Eric Williford represented the tenant.

Focus Financial Partners, LLC leased 2,555 square feet at 8730 Stony Point Parkway in Richmond. Austin Newman represented the tenant.

Manakin Industries, LLC leased 2,290 square feet at 7204 Glen Forest Drive in Richmond. Chris Wallace represented the landlord, and David Williams and Eric Williford represented the tenant.

America’s Best Wings leased 2,100 square feet at 3933 Hull St. in Richmond. Yasmine Hamad represented the landlord.

Apple 7 Inc. leased 1,152 square feet at 1900 Mechanicsville Turnpike in Richmond. David Kalman represented the landlord.

Margaret Hill leased 292 square feet at 9701 Gayton Road in Henrico County. Scott White represented the landlord.
