Owens & Minor (OMI)

The healthcare logistics company filed its annual earnings report for 2016. Net revenue totaled $9.72 billion, down from $9.77 billion in 2015. Profits totaled $108.7 million, up from $103.4 million the year before.

Controller Michael Wayne Lowry sold 400 shares of common stock at $35 per share for a total of $14,000.

Tredegar (TG)

The plastic and aluminum parts manufacturer reported its fourth quarter and annual earnings for 2016. Sales for the quarter totaled $204.7 million, down from $216.9 million in 2015. Quarterly profits totaled $1.72 million, compared to a loss the year before of $5.87 million. Revenues for the year totaled $828.3 million, down from $829.1 million in 2015. Profits for the year totaled $24.46 million, compared to a loss the year before of $32.13 million.

The company also filed its 2016 annual report.

WestRock (WRK)

Eight executives were awarded shares of common stock valued at $52.66. CEO Steven Voorhees received 28,635 shares valued at $1,507,919.
