CBRE | Richmond reports the following deals:

Impact Investment Group LLC purchased a 44,000-square-foot building on 5 acres at 7921 W. Broad St. in Henrico County for $3.22 million. Barry Hofheimer and Scott Boyers represented the seller.

Mobile One Courier Services leased 631 square feet at 1504 Santa Rosa Road, Suite 106 in Richmond. Megan Sullivan and John Carpin represented the landlord.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports the following deals:

Richmond Waldorf School purchased the former Luther Memorial School at 1301 Robin Hood Road in Richmond for $1.85 million. Mark Douglas represented the buyer.

Midas of Richmond purchased the former North American Transmission building at 1208-1216 North Boulevard in Richmond for $1.28 million. Brian Berkey represented the buyer.

Peregrine Properties purchased an office building at 4110 Fitzhugh Ave. in Richmond for $327,000. Gregg Beck represented the seller.
