Hoffman Enterprises leased 33,450 square feet at 6429 Jahnke Road in Richmond.
The law firm of Bierman, Geesing & Ward, which specializes in representing the mortgage and financial industry, leased 4,395 square feet at 8100 Three Chopt Road in Richmond.
