Tim Davey Named Chairman of ULI Richmond

The Richmond chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) is pleased to announce that Tim Davey has been named Chairman.

Davey, a Managing Principal at Timmons Group, is responsible for supervising the business development and marketing efforts, including many urban re-development projects and economic development opportunities. He sits on boards for Venture Richmond, the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate Professionals and the John Tyler Community College Foundation and is a member of the Greater Richmond Chamber, Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Committee and the Virginia Economic Developers Association.
