The Richmond chapter of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) is pleased to announce that Tim Davey has been named Chairman.
Davey, a Managing Principal at Timmons Group, is responsible for supervising the business development and marketing efforts, including many urban re-development projects and economic development opportunities. He sits on boards for Venture Richmond, the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate Professionals and the John Tyler Community College Foundation and is a member of the Greater Richmond Chamber, Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Committee and the Virginia Economic Developers Association.
ULI-the Urban Land Institute is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. Founded in 1936, the institute now has more than 40,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service.
