The Credit Union National Association (CUNA) is the premier national trade association serving credit unions. Ninety percent of America’s credit unions are affiliated with CUNA. The Marketing & Business Development Council of CUNA (CMBDC) is an organization for credit union marketers and business development professionals that positions marketing and business development at the driving force for credit unions.
“Through a recent rebranding exercise, Call Federal Credit Union realized that their typical approach did little to communicate the company’s vision and captivate their members. They asked Baskervill to design a space that reinforced the brand and was simultaneously responsive to their members’ needs. We are very proud of the finished results,” says Don Tate, principal of the financial sector at Baskervill.
Part of this rebranding exercise included extensive aesthetic changes, which Baskervill’s interior designers thoroughly enjoyed being a part of. The new design incorporates all of the colors of Call Federal’s logo. The blue barrel vaulted ceiling represents the sky, as in “the sky is the limit,” with white clouds projected onto it. The concierge desk is the first station members will see when they enter and gives them an immediate personal connection. Two walls of every office are painted in one of the logo colors to further reinforce the brand.
