Two printers join forces

CONVpress44Two local printing companies, Graphics Innovations and Printergration have merged.

“We see a great opportunity to expand into additional areas of direct mail, and the best way to capitalize on this is to join forces with Printegration” said Pat Patterson, president of Graphics Innovations, in a press release.

Together both companies hope to expand the products and services they offer, particularily to direct mail clients.

The combined company will have around $8 million in revenues and 50 employees. They are also hiring for a few positions. The company is still deciding which name it will use going forward, and financial terms were not disclosed.
