Fair Hills Apartments, LLC purchased the 161,821-square-foot 700 Centre at 700 E. Franklin Street in Richmond for $7,200,000. The buyer plans to redevelop the high-rise, or tower, portion of the property as apartments, while the low-rise portion, or annex, will remain office.

Thalhimer reports the following deals:

Flamingo Before & After Program, LLC purchased the approx. 4,800 sq. ft. former daycare facility at 6011 Jahnke Road in Richmond from Trustees of Jahnke Road Baptist Church for $195,000 and plans to use the facility for a daycare.

Team Logistics, LLC purchased the approx. 17,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse property situated on 2.01 acres 10465 Dow Gil Rd. in Hanover County from Brizendine Properties, LLC for $775,000 and will operate their business at this location.

Alford Development, LLC purchased the approx. 784 sq. ft. retail building situated on 1 acre at 1707 Chamberlayne Avenue in the City of Richmond, Virginia from Sherman Hubert Company, LLC for $180,000 as an investment.

Collector’s Heaven has leased 3,000 square feet in Lakeside Towne Center at 6110-6920 Lakeside Ave. in Henrico County.

Don Bottoms Antiques & Collectibles has leased 2,500 square feet in the Hub Shopping Center at 6913-6945 Lakeside Ave. in Henrico County.

H.F. Hill & Associates, Inc. has leased 2,250 square feet in Deep Rock Center at 3901-3923 Deep Rock Rd. in Henrico County.

AAA Communications has leased 2,000 square feet in South Crater Square at 3330 South Crater Sq. in Petersburg.

Congressman J. Randy Forbes has leased 1,724 square feet in CentreCourt at 9401 Courthouse Rd. in Chesterfield County.
