Capital One sues Henrico company (Times-Dispatch)
As first reported in The Docket on RBS this week, A Capital One Financial Corp. subsidiary has filed a lawsuit against Bay Harbor Professional Services, a western Henrico County information technology and professional services consulting company.

Va. Beach company Headgear Inc. files for bankruptcy (Virginian-Pilot)
In a Chapter 11 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Norfolk, Headgear listed liabilities of $14.6 million, including $3.8 million of secured debt owed to RBC Centura Bank. Headgear said its assets totaled $12.8 million, including inventory valued at $2.76 million.

Nordstrom to Acquire Online Retailer for $180 Million (NY Times)
