Law

Nicole S. Cheuk joined ThompsonMcMullan’s education practice. Most recently, Cheuk worked as an attorney at the Virginia Division of Legislative Services. She attended law school at the University of Richmond and attended William and Mary as an undergraduate.

Mike Reynold joined McGuireWoods Consulting as vice president of grassroots and issue management and state government relations. Before joining the company, Reynold was deputy director of policy for Gov. Bob McDonnell.

Melissa Neff Gould has been promoted to vice president of Virginia state government relations at McGuireWoods Consulting. Gould has been with McGuireWoods Consulting since 2008. Most recently, she served as assistant secretary of natural resources under former governor Tim Kaine.Finance

David L. Boyd has been promoted to vice president, public finance at Davenport & Company. Boyd has been with Davenport since 2005. He has a master’s from the University of Glasgow in Scotland. Boyd attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Brian Mitchell “Mitch” Brigulio Jr. has been promoted to vice president, public finance at Davenport & Company. Brigulio has been with Davenport since 2005. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Richard S. Looney has been promoted to vice president, fixed income at Davenport & Company. Looney has been with Davenport since 2002. He attended Florida State University.

Christopher G. Pearson has been promoted to vice president, asset management at Davenport & Company. Pearson has been with Davenport since 2006. He attended the University of Richmond.

Jonathan Aubrey Stratton has been promoted to vice president, compliance at Davenport & Company. Stratton has been with Davenport since 2004. He attended James Madison University.

Ten Eyck Thompson Wellford Jr. has been promoted to vice president, public finance at Davenport & Company. Wellford has been with Davenport since 2006. He attended Washington and Lee University.

Technology

Dominique Fitts joined Networking Technologies and Support Inc. as a logistics assistant.

Jennard Randolph has recently joined Networking Technologies and Support, Inc. as a logistics assistant.

Hospitality

Glynn Knight joined White Lodging’s Marriott Hotel as general manager. Knight was most recently a general manager at the Courtyard by Marriott in Chicago.
