Bart Farinholt, a senior vice president at Davenport & Company, has left the firm.

Chris Rusbuldt, a director of institutional equity sales of Davenport & Company, has left the firm.

Robert L. Brooke has left Troutman Sanders. Brooke has practiced law for 27 years and was previously a partner. Brooke has since joined Kiawah Partners as general counsel. He attended law school at the University of Virginia and college at Washington & Lee University.

Scott Hippert will leave his position as president of the Virginia Early Childhood Foundation at the end of the year. He will join national nonprofit Parents as Teachers as president and chief executive effective Jan. 1. Hippert joined the VECF in 2006.

Victor Samper joined Barber Martin Agency as proofreader. Samper previously worked for Dominion Power and the Martin Agency. He attended Virginia Tech.

Jonathan Mick joined Barber Martin Agency as a copywriter. Before joining the firm, he worked for TBC Inc. Mick has a master’s from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Henry DeLong joined the HelpDesk Company as senior support engineer. Prior to joining the HelpDesk Company, Henry owned Delong Integrated System Consulting.

John Chapman joined the HelpDesk Company as a business care specialist. He was previously an AmeriCorps volunteer, providing computer and operational support to local nonprofit CARITAS.

Steve Gormley joined the HelpDesk Company as service manager.

Ryan Kennedy joined Networking Technologies and Support as an inside sales representative.

Melissa Snook joined nTelos Wireless as marketing coordinator for Richmond, Hampton Roads and Virginia Beach Markets. She attended Longwood University.

Rebecca Anderson was promoted to director of the department of evaluation and quality for United Network for Organ Sharing. Anderson joined UNOS in March. Before joining UNOS, Anderson was director of transplant, dialysis and bariatric services at Memorial Medical Center. Anderson has an MBA from Benedictine University, a doctorate from the University of Kansas and a master’s from the University of Missouri, and she attended Missouri State University as an undergraduate.
