Michael A. Mancusi was elected director of Xenith Bankshares and Xenith Bank. Mancusi is managing director of FTI Consulting.

Accounting

Jordan Webb joined Meadows Urquhart Acree & Cook as a staff accountant. He was previously with Heritage Wealth Advisors. Webb is attending VCU for his MBA, and he attended the University of Mary Washington as an undergraduate.

Higher education

Diana Burkett joined the University of Richmond’s Office of Alumni and Career Services as communications manager. She previously worked at the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions. She has a master’s from Syracuse University and attended Randolph-Macon Woman’s College as an undergraduate.

Katybeth Lee was promoted to manager of internship programs at the University of Richmond. Lee was formerly assistant director of career development at UR. She has a master’s degree from Ohio State University and attended William & Mary as an undergraduate.
