Carlyle R. “Randy” Wimbish III was elected to the Sands Anderson board of directors. Wimbish attended Virginia Tech and the University of Virginia School of Law. He has spent his entire legal career at Sands Anderson as a member of the firm’s health-care group and has led the group for the past 12 years.

Marc Harris attended the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point. He has professional experience managing lakes and ponds for nuisance and invasive aquatic vegetation and algae, as well as servicing fountains and aeration systems.
