Sally Green is retiring from the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where she served as chief operating officer and first vice president. She has been with the Federal Reserve System for more than 35 years.
Zachary Brenner joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as a portfolio manager in the commercial property services team. Brenner attended Vanderbilt University and is pursuing a graduate certificate at VCU. Before joining the firm, Brenner worked in the health-care industry.
A.L. (Ann Lisa) Braun joined Brandywine Realty Trust as in-house counsel. Braun was previously a partner at LeClairRyan. She attended Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law.
Zach Ensign joined Big River, a branding and advertising firm. Ensign attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. He worked at agencies in Florida and Pennsylvania before moving to Richmond to work at the Martin Agency.
Tim Asimos has joined circle S studio as director of digital innovation. Asimos has more than 10 years of marketing experience in the engineering, technology, software and media industries, including six years running the marketing function of Timmons Group. He attended Liberty University.
Steven L’Heureux has been promoted to senior associate at Commonwealth Architects. He attended Syracuse University, has been with the firm for five years and has more than 15 years of architecture experience.
Alexander L. Henson joined Virginia Commonwealth University as chief information officer. Henson comes from the University of Chicago, where he has served as chief operating officer and executive director for administration and operations for the Office of Information Technology Services.
Cornelius “Neil” R. O’Brien joined the Troutman Sanders multifamily housing group as a partner. Before joining Troutman Sanders, O’Brien was associate general counsel at Fannie Mae. O’Brien attended the Widener University School of Law and Rider University.
Carlyle R. “Randy” Wimbish III was elected to the Sands Anderson board of directors. Wimbish attended Virginia Tech and the University of Virginia School of Law. He has spent his entire legal career at Sands Anderson as a member of the firm’s health-care group and has led the group for the past 12 years.

He attended the University of Arkansas, where his research focused on the effect of catch-and-release actions on the movement and survival of rainbow trout in Arkansas tailwaters.
Jeremy Haley has more than seven years of water quality, fisheries and wildlife experience. He attended the University of Missouri at Columbia. He has worked for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. Geological Survey.
Marc Harris attended the University of Wisconsin at Stevens Point. He has professional experience managing lakes and ponds for nuisance and invasive aquatic vegetation and algae, as well as servicing fountains and aeration systems.
Izaak Mendelson was promoted to operations manager at Heritage Wealth Advisors.
John McLeod joined Cary Street Partners as a financial analyst in the investment banking division. Before joining the Cary Street team, he was a sell-side equity analyst in the aerospace and defense industry at BB&T Capital Markets.
