Furniture House Calls leased 3,600 square feet at Ruffin Mill Center, 16037 Continental Boulevard in Chesterfield. Tyler Miller and Scott White handled the transaction.

Resource Environmental Solutions LLC leased 2,500 square feet at 1521 W. Main St. in Richmond. Tyler Miller and Ken Campbell handled the transaction.

Thayer Motorsports Inc. leased 1,800 square feet at 9825 Atlee Commons Road in Hanover. Stuart Cary and Ken Barnhill handled the transaction.
