Christopher N. Petersen has been named chairman of the business and real estate section at Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden.  He has degrees from Virginia Tech and the Ohio Northern University.

Meredith Brebner has joined Williams Mullen as an associate in the litigation practice. She had been with Hancock, Daniel, Johnson & Nagle. She represents business, insurance, and health care clients in state and federal litigation, regulatory proceedings and investigations, and administrative matters. She has degrees from the University of Virginia and Washington and Lee University.

W. Berkeley Fergusson as sales and leasing associate with Divaris Real Estate Inc.  He had been with Tiber Partners and has degrees from the University of Virginia.

Dustin Nase joins Motleys Industrial Division as its new assistant manager. He had been with Copart Auctions.

Rhodes B. Ritenour is vice president of external and regulatory affairs for Bon Secours Richmond Health System’s mission services division. He had been with the state’s Attorney General Office and has degrees from the University of Virginia.

Paul Wesolowski has been named chief operating officer of VCU Hospitals.  He has degrees from Pennsylvania State University and Saint Francis University.

Susan Rucker has been elected chair of the board of trustees LifeSpire of Virginia.


Brandon Bumgarner has joined Convergent Technologies Group as a senior data center and cloud solutions Engineer. He had been with Bowlmor AMF and is a graduate of Western Governors University.

The Cameron Foundation reports the following:  Chequila H. Fields has been named secretary.  Joining the board are Shikee H. Franklin with The Improvement Association and Jeffrey W. Geisz with One To One Direct.


Eric F. Nost has joined Bay Trust and Wealth Management Group, which is part of Bay Banks of Virginia, a holding company for Bank of Lancaster.  The bank will merge with Virginia Commonwealth Bank, effective April 3.  Nost will become president and CEO of a new bank subsidiary to be called Virginia Commonwealth Bank Trust and Wealth Management.

Mike Lang has joined BB&T as a residential construction specialist with its commercial real estate group. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia.
