Community Bankers Trust (ESXB)

The company appointed William Hardy to its board of directors and the board of its Essex Bank subsidiary. Hardy fills a seat vacated by director Glenn Dozier, who resigned from the company’s board as of March 13, due to health reasons.

Hardy acquired 8,000 shares of the company’s stock at $8.10 per share and an additional 800 shares at $8 apiece.
