CarMax (KMX)

The used car retailer reported its earnings for the first quarter that ended May 31. Revenues totaled $4.54 billion, up from $4.12 billion the same quarter last year. Profits totaled $211.7 million, up from $175.4 million the same three months of 2016.

Dominion (D)

The power utility filed a prospectus supplement amending and restating a previously filed prospectus to reflect changes that resulted from the company’s name change to Dominion Energy, including a new website and email addresses.

Kinsale Capital Group (KNSL)

The insurer elected Anne C. Kronenberg to its board of directors, effective June 19. She replaces Edward Yun, who resigned from the board on June 1. Kronenberg, 57, was a managing director and co-head of the North American Insurance Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. She held prior positions at  Citigroup and Morgan Stanley. She is also currently a member of the board of trustees of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. She has degrees from Brown University and the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Owens & Minor (OMI)

Director James Rogers gifted 1,150 shares of common stock. He now directly owns 58,991 shares.

Performance Food Group (PFGC)

Director Prakash Melwani of The Blackstone Group resigned from the board in connection with the May 18 completion of a secondary offering of more than 14 million shares of common stock.

Universal Corp. (UVV)

Senior VP and CFO David Moore sold 6,335 shares of common stock at $66.60 per share for a total of $421,911.

VP and general counsel Preston Douglas Wigner sold 1,000 shares of common stock at $65.75 per share for a total of $65,750.
