Elizabeth Creamer has been named vice president of workforce development and credential attainment at the Community College Workforce Alliance. She formerly served in the administration of Governor Terry McAuliffe and has degrees from Old Dominion University and Christopher Newport University.

Marcos Silva and Julie Filges have joined Noelker and Hull Associates Inc. Silva is a project architect and graduate of Kansas State University. Filges is a senior project manager.
