Joining Clocktower Realty Group:

Hugh Jones is a managing broker. He had been with Keller Williams Richmond West and is a graduate of Christopher Newport University. S. Cassandra Zimmerman is an associate broker and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. Don Jones, Henry Salomonsky III and Eva Taylor are Realtors. Jones is the owner of Jones Homes Custom Builders.

Banking

John H. Wick IV has been promoted to wealth advisor with the private bank office of Wells Fargo. He had been a senior private banker and has a degree from Roanoke College.

Sara O. Rountree is senior vice president and head of digital strategy for Union Bank & Trust, effective Feb. 6. She is with Wells Fargo and is a graduate of Duke University.

Nonprofits

Lionel J. Bacon is the vice president of philanthropy for Virginia Home for Boys and Girls.  He had been with the YMCA and had been associate athletic director of development at Virginia Commonwealth University. He has degrees from VCU and was a team captain on the VCU men’s basketball team in 1989-90.

Douglas Love is president and chief executive officer for the Ashland Theatre Foundation.  He had been with Walden Family Playhouse and recently as a fund raiser for the Children’s Museum in western New York.

Joseph H. Seipel, dean emeritus of the Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts, will be interim director of the university’s Institute of Contemporary Art.  He will replace Lisa Freiman, who stepped down to pursue scholarly projects at VCU.

Kim B. Kacani is president.  She had been senior vice president and is a graduate of the University of Richmond. Jonathan Ridout is vice president of land development. He has degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University and The College of William & Mary. Hans Klinger is vice president of business development. He has degrees from Carnegie-Mellon University and the University of Richmond.

Engineering

Mac McKenzie has joined Timmons Group as a senior project manager in the economic development group.

Healthcare

Louis Collier has been named chief executive officer of HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Petersburg.  He had been with Reliant Rehabilitation.

Technology

Mark Houchens, Reginald Pough and Brady Winter have joined Networking Technologies + Support as deskside support specialists in the field services department.

Investments

Kaetlin Collins has joined RiverFront Investment Group as a trader and portfolio analyst with the business services team.

Macon Clarkson has joined Blue Edge Capital as director of marketing and business development.  She had been with Private Advisors and is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Consulting

Matt Comer, Doug Harvey, and John Radtke have been promoted to the position of fellow with CapTech.

At Assura:

Bruce Wine is director of sales. He had been with Brocade, Enterasys and Dell. Heyshia Tillman is office manager. Bryan Carnahan has been promoted to consultant. Eric Moss and Terry Gwynn have joined the firm as a consultant. Moss had been with the Virginia Department of Taxation. Gwynn had been with General Dynamics Mission Systems.

Management Services

Neil Patel has joined Legacy Navigator as chief marketing officer.
