TribleWork launched a website for Fire & Life Safety America, a Richmond-based fire protection equipment supplier. The web design firm worked with Workshop Digital on search optimization.

RVA Video produced a film for Stephen Gould Corp. on the company’s ribbon-cutting and opening of its Scott’s Addition office. The firm also filmed a promotional clip for a charity event co-starring Stephen Gould managing partner Michael Falcone.

TFB Agency picked up McDonald’s as a client. The firm will be handling PR and media relations for the restaurant chain’s regional co-op.

Fable was named agency of record for SPARC (School for the Performing Arts in the Richmond Community). The agency will provide brand and creative strategy and collaborate with Richmond-based Kate Carpenter Design on a new identity system and branding campaign to include print, digital, outdoor and broadcast.

Torx developed a new website for Sheltering Arms Physical Rehabilitation Centers. The mobile-friendly site was designed to showcase the centers’ physical rehab services and includes a new patient portal and online bill pay capability. Torx also handled branding and designed a logo for River Fox Realty, a local real estate brokerage.

Studio Flatland worked with MDB Communications to produce an animated holiday video for Truth Initiative. The 30-second clip features frame-by-frame animation and painted backgrounds and characters designed by Flatland.

Springstory was hired by Armenian Food Festival to develop a PR campaign for the festival’s 60th anniversary. The firm led PR last fall for festival organizer St. James Armenian Church.

The King Agency launched a campaign introducing a new sports medicine center on the campus of Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital. The campaign promotes the Charlottesville hospital’s new facility and physicians and includes TV, print, digital and radio.

Slice picked up four new clients. The small business division of Red Orange Studio is working on marketing strategy for Laughing Llama Studio, a Midlothian-based sewing studio. It is also beginning branding campaigns for local startups Brain Box Solutions and Olsten Building and a website for Orange Creative Design, a graphic designer in Moseley.

Wildfire’s Richmond office signed its first three clients. The agency is designing collateral and direct mail and advising marketing planning for food delivery service Chop Chop RVA. Virginia Auto Dealers Association selected Wildfire to develop a new responsive website.And Central Virginia Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club will receive pro bono brand strategy and communications services.

The Martin Agency named Karen Costello as chief creative officer. She replaces Joe Alexander and is the first female CCO in the company’s 53-year history. The 25-year industry vet, previously with Deutsch in Los Angeles, joined Martin in mid-2017 and co-led the creative department in an interim role after Alexander’s exit in December.

Elevation made four new hires: Joe Castro, a search engine marketing manager, previously director of paid media at Fathom in Cleveland; Corey Lane, a senior account executive, formerly a business development supervisor at The Martin Agency; Bryce Praught, an art director/designer, previously a designer for Miller Creative in New Jersey; and Lauren Prezioso, a project manager, formerly an account services manager at Royall & Co.

Work also included creation of five 24-foot banners featuring artwork by local artist Page Hayes.
