The tobacco giant released its latest proxy statement, disclosing compensation packages paid last year to its top executives.

Chairman, CEO and president Martin Barrington received a total pay package of $15.7 million. He received a base salary of $1.4 million, $6.5 million in stock awards and $3.7 million in other incentives. Click here and see page 48 for the full compensation table.

The proxy also announced the date of the company’s annual shareholders meeting, May 17 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.

The highest-paid among them was CEO Bill Foster, who received total compensation of $365,000, down slightly from $370,000 the previous year.
