Elizabeth O. Rafferty is a director of government relations at Williams Mullen.  She had been with the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.  She has degrees from the College of William and Mary and American University.

Lauren Hudson is an account executive.  She has degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University and New York University.

Rochelle Sommer and Alice Wren are account coordinators.  Sommer is a graduate of James Madison University.  Wren is a graduate of Radford University.

Meredyth Jenkins has been promoted to strategy director.  Hollie Hess has been promoted to account manager.  Allison O’Mallon has been promoted to account executive.

Rich Sena has joined Small & Associates Real Estate as an agent.

Andria Kobylinski has joined the Grove Avenue office of Long & Foster Real Estate.

Sheen McCullough and Cara Guyton have joined Keller Williams Richmond West.  McCullough is a Realtor and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.  Guyton is a Realtor and listing manager.  She is a graduate of Clarion University in Pennsylvania.  They both had been with Mission Realty.
