James Crowder is retiring from HHHunt as CFO, effective Dec. 31. Todd Kobayashi will succeed him. Kobayashi has been with Foutch Architecture & Development in Kansas City. He is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Stephanie Coleman has joined Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott as an associate. She focuses her practice on litigation, specifically the defense of product manufacturers and suppliers in product liability, mass tort, and personal injury matters. She is a graduate of College of St. Elizabeth and Hofstra University.

Construction

Stuart Bailey has joined PolycreteUSA as sales executive for Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia. He had been with Dreaming Creek Timber Frame.

Mervin Daugherty has been named superintendent of Chesterfield County Public Schools, effective Nov.1. He is with the Red Clay Consolidated School District in Wilmington, Del. He has degrees from Frostburg State College, Salisbury University and Wilmington University.

Joseph Pinckney is a project manager in the government specialty group. He had been with Group PMX in New York and is a graduate of the Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, New Jersey.

Justin Lucy is senior real estate manager for GSA management. He had been with Pinnacle Management Services and is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

Veronica Adams has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as a client coordinator in the commercial brokerage group. She had been with Newmark Knight Frank in McLean and is a graduate of James Madison University.
