Goochland County Fire-Rescue Chief William MacKay is resigning, effective Jan. 31.


Krystle Waldron has been named principal with Goodman Allen Donnelly. She is with the veterans benefits group.

Mitchell Morris has joined Butler Snow. He focuses his practice in product liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation group. He has degrees from the University of Virginia and Washington and Lee University.

Megan Watson has joined McCandlish Holton as an associate in the premises and product liability litigation practice group. She had interned as a fellow at the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia. She has degrees from Abilene Christian University and the College of William and Mary.

Thomas “Tommy” Bishop and Stefanie Felitto have joined Williams Mullen as associates. Bishop joins the finance and real estate practice and has degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University, the University of Richmond and Washington and Lee University. Felitto joins the healthcare practice. She has degrees from the College of William and Mary.


Anthony McDowell has been appointed Henrico County‘s deputy county manager for public safety. He had been the county’s fire chief and has degrees from Virginia Tech and the University of North Texas.

Cheryl Fulghum has been promoted to corporate controller.

Clay Hilbert, Everett Reveley and Clement Teden have joined Alpha Omega Wealth Management. They had been with Davenport & Co.

Max Hepp-Buchanan is director of riverfront and downtown placemaking, effective in January. He is with Sports Backers.
