The used car retailer filed its second quarter earnings report. Revenue for the quarter was $5.2 billion, which produced a profit of $693 million. That’s up from a profit of $650 million in the same period last year. Click here for the full report.

Dominion (D)
Director Michael Szymanczyk purchased 21,400 shares at $78 per share for a total of $1.68 million. Szymanczyk owns a total of 46,400 shares of common stock.

Genworth Financial (GNW)
The insurer announced it will hold its annual shareholders meeting on Dec. 12, only if it’s long-pending deal to be acquired by China Oceanwide Holdings has not yet been sealed. Should the deal not close before year’s end, the shareholders meeting will be held at the Westin Richmond in Reynolds Crossing at 3 p.m. The annual meeting is a requirement of the NYSE, on which Genworth’s shares are listed.

Kinsale Capital Group (KNSL)
Director Fred Russell sold 3,000 shares at $102.28 apiece for a total of $306,840. He still owns more than 29,000 shares.

COO Brian Haney exercised options for 2,250 shares at $16 per share. He then sold the same number of shares at market price for $99.32 apiece for a total of approximately $248,000.
