Ali Fannon, executive director of the Greater Richmond Bar Foundation, left to become director of externships and an assistant professor at the University of Richmond School of Law. Ami Kim has been named executive director for the foundation.

Hannah Brechlin is eviction diversion program manager. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.

Eric D. English has been named chief of police for Henrico County, effective Sept. 14. He is the head of police for Harrisonburg and has degrees from the University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Mayor Levar Stoney was named chair of the finance committee for the Central Virginia Transportation Authority.


Daniel C. Bullard is the dean of Virginia Commonwealth University‘s Graduate School, effective Oct. 1. He is with the University of Alabama and has degrees from Iowa State University and Case Western University.

Holly Hessler is a copywriting professor at the VCU Brandcenter.
