Maximizing of energy delivery system compatibility with voltage optimization

A method, apparatus, system and computer program is provided for controlling an electric power system, including implementation of a voltage control and conservation (VCC) system used to optimally control the independent voltage and capacitor banks using a linear optimization methodology to minimize the losses in the EEDCS and the EUS. An energy validation process system (EVP) is provided which is used to document the savings of the VCC and an EPP is used to optimize improvements to the EEDCS for continuously improving the energy losses in the EEDS. The EVP system measures the improvement in the EEDS a result of operating the VCC system in the “ON” state determining the level of energy conservation achieved by the VCC system. In addition the VCC system monitors pattern recognition events and compares them to the report-by-exception data to detect HVL events. If one is detected the VCC optimizes the capacity of the EEDS to respond to the HVL events by centering the piecewise linear solution maximizing the ability of the EDDS to absorb the HVL event.

A method to make the copolymers controls the characteristics of the copolyester selected from one or a combination of amorphous morphology or degree of crystallinity, Tg, Tm, tensile modulus, flexural modulus, elongation at break, and so on, by selecting the proportions of the 4,4′-biphenyl dicarboxylic acid or ester producing equivalent thereof, 3,4′-biphenyl dicarboxylic acid or ester producing equivalent thereof, and/or the proportion of the 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol in the diol component.

A container of consumer goods includes a rigid outer box and a rigid inner box wherein a pull tab is configured to reseal a pre-cut opening in the inner box. The outer box has a hinged lid permanently attached to a connecting tab of the pull tab whereby opening the hinged lid simultaneously opens the pre-cut opening in the inner box by lifting the pull tab. The connecting tab includes adhesive which is partially deadened to decrease adhesion of the connecting tab to the inner box. The pull tab can also include one or more machine readable markings to enhance automated application of the pull tab to an inner box blank during manufacturing of the container.

The modulator includes a cyclic prefix adder prepending a cyclic prefix to the repetitive orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing symbol to generate a baseband transmitted signal. The cyclic prefix includes the ending part of the initial orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing symbol. The ROFDM receiver includes an ROFDM demodulator.
